Tuky maj\u00ed v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble zcela nezastupitelnou funkci a proto je jejich p\u0159\u00edtomnost kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1. Nedostatek vede, krom\u011b jin\u00e9ho, k podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnosti, \u00fanav\u011b \u010di depres\u00edm.
